How it is judged
Most of the mark is objective: a measurement inside tolerance or outside it, a test that returns the right value. The rest is judgement — finish, method, safety — given by three judges independently and then moderated.
Who can enter
Competitors must be in training or within two years of finishing. There is no entry fee, and you do not need your institute’s permission to enter on your own.
