Licences
Every digital product is sold with the licence shown on its page. A regular licence covers one end product; an extended licence covers one end product that is sold to others.
Delivery
Downloads and licence keys are delivered to your account and by email as soon as payment is confirmed.
Refunds
Because digital items cannot be returned, refunds are given when an item is not as described, does not work and we cannot fix it, or was delivered with a wrong key. Domain registrations are non-refundable once registered. Hosting can be refunded within 30 days minus any domain fee. Open a support ticket to request a refund.
