The number of committee members may be increased or decreased by amending the constitution with a two-thirds majority vote at a general meeting.

Election procedure

Every two years the Executive Committee is elected at the Annual General Meeting by the direct vote of general members present, or by unanimous nomination. An election commission may be formed to conduct the election. Where more than one candidate contests a position, voting is held by secret ballot.

Casual vacancies

If any position falls vacant during the tenure, the Executive Committee may make an interim appointment for the remainder of the term, subject to approval at the next general meeting.
