Those who signed as founders at the time the Foundation was established.

General Member

Directors or proprietors of registered and recognised private skill training institutions who apply in the prescribed form and are approved by the Executive Committee.

Life Member

Those who take up lifetime membership by paying a single prescribed subscription.

Honorary Member

Conferred by the Executive Committee on individuals who make a special contribution to the Foundation’s objectives.

Eligibility

Any person or institution may apply who is a citizen of Bangladesh, at least 18 years of age, connected with the skill training or technical education sector, and not convicted of any criminal offence. Admission fees and annual subscriptions are fixed by the Executive Committee from time to time.

Cancellation and expulsion

Where a member resigns, keeps subscriptions in continuous arrears, engages in activity contrary to the objectives, or violates the constitution, the Executive Committee issues a show-cause notice. Membership may then be cancelled by a two-thirds vote at a general meeting.
